Bold and Pretty in Pink!
First Lady Melania Trump joined her husband at a rally in Youngstown, Ohio, on Tuesday evening, wearing a dress that is considered to be one of the boldest looks thus far.
She wore a vibrant pink floral dress by Monique Lhuillier ($1,795) matching it with Christian Louboutin ($675) Pigalle pink suede pumps. The flock, according to Vogue is considered to be an “eye-catching” and “exuberant.”
The floral, high neck sleeveless bright pink dress that hit just below the knee also features a unique lace overlay, patterned with splashes of green, yellow, and white. Melania’s dress, which is already sold out, is part of Lhullier’s 2017 resort collection.
The designer took to social media, tweeting an image of FLOTUS wearing the pink dress saying “Our First Lady looking elegant on her way to an Ohio rally in #MLResort17.”

This is not the first time Melania has chosen a Monique Lhuillier design to wear as First Lady. Last month, Melania opted for a champagne-colored silk gown made by the Filipino designer to attend the Ford’s Theatre Gala in Washington, D.C. last month.
Melania took the podium at the Youngstown rally to deliver a short speech before introducing her husband, who was standing directly by her side.
“You voted for a man who has pledged to renew the American Dream,” she said, as the crowd cheered loudly as she spoke. “As president, my husband will continue to fight each and every day to ensure our security, defend our livelihood and rebuild the foundations of fortune that have made the United States the land of opportunity.”
She told the crowd of raucous Trump supporters that “Washington has fought” her husband “every step of the way'” but told them not to worry.
“I know my husband, and he will never give up,” she said.
